Easter Ham with Kiwifruit
- California Kiwifruit peeled and crushed
- California Kiwifruit peeled and sliced
- 6 lb. Cooked ham
- 1 lb. Small red potatoes
- ½ cup Real maple syrup
- 1 can 12.5 oz. Sliced pineapple
- 2 cups Sliced carrots
- ¼ cup Light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl combine crushed Kiwifruit and maple syrup, the juice from the canned pineapple (set pineapple aside) and the brown sugar.
Brush on glaze, place ham in oven covered loosely with foil for 30 minutes. Place carrots and potatoes in with the ham and brush on remaining glaze, cook for 1 hour uncovered.
Remove from oven and slice tipping slices with the Kiwifruit and pineapple.
